Welcome to Justice for Shania

The purpose of this website is to bring public awareness of Shania and her mom's continuous fight to keep Shania safe, challenge the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians institutions that endanger Shania and her mom and to ask policy-makers across the country to prevent this from happening to other children and their protective parents.

Here you will find links to Amanda's Facebook and TikTok accounts where she discussed child SA, abuses of power and litigative abuse, court files, updates, links to relevant media, petitions and Amanda's GoFundMe which is for legal fees and costs associated with keeping Shania safe.
